In 2008, a new tradition was started at Vaca High Football games. At the 2008 Black and Blue
bowl, all Bulldog fans were given an orange t-shirt as they entered the stadium. The idea was
to “orange out” the Bulldogs’ side of the stadium.
The t-shirts were so popular, that in 2009 it was decided that the t-shirts would be given out
at the first home game of the season.
Skyline Designs and Gregg Drilling have been gracious enough to design and donate the
t-shirts for the last four years.
Over 3500 shirts are printed and handed out at the season opener.
