Recruiting Myths
Only the big name high school stars get scholarships to colleges. The fact is College recruiting staffs have limited resources to scout, evaluate and recruit players. While the big name players that have the size and stats that get noticed are heavily recruited they still need good players that have good grades that meet the requirements above.

The most effective way to get noticed is to contact the school(s) directly that you are interested in. Most colleges have sections on their websites for Recruits. Once you contact them they will usually send you a form to fill out that gets you into their database. Many offer camps/clinics that you can attend in the off season that will get you noticed.
